Metro Mix Great Room Design

I've finally completed the mood board for my brother's apartment in Downtown Calgary.
His great room is entirely open concept with the dining room, living room and front entry melding into one another. As a result, we have to use coordinating colour schemes throughout.
After consultation, I know that he wants "no room dividers", he wants to use an accent colour of lime green with wood tones and a Brick accent wall to as he calls "bring the outdoors in". He does not want any rustic elements in the room. He also explained that he wants to have a somewhat industrial edge, so lots of chrome and hard surfaces which we will achieve through the coffee table, TV table and industrial lighting fixtures for the kitchen.Upholstery will warm up the space ofcourse.
He has already bought the clock that you see on the moodboard for 30$. Not bad since the same thing is retailing for 198$ online. As for everything else, it is still left to be found, done or completed.  One of his housewarming presents from me was the square dining flatware set.
I am also DIYing a shoe bench for his front entry with an upholstered seat so that they can sit down, take their shoes off and store them in style.
Without further ado, here it is:

Obviously, elements might change as time goes on but I'll keep you posted if they do or when the room is complete. Up next on the Expected Party is the refinished Antique Chest of Drawers that I completed and sold over the winter break!
See you soon,
Ameera
